She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Ellen Smith; and her brothers, William and Karl Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Robin Bartee; her granddaughter Tyffanni DeBerry Tracey (Washington, DC); her great grandchildren, Isaiah Pearce and Jeremiah Bartee; her husband William Young; her son Ira Smith; her son-in-law Sheldon Bartee; and her sisters, Ruby Gaines and Annie Mae Henderson. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southern Cremations & Funerals - Fairburn (431 SW Broad St, Fairburn, GA 30213). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
