It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Runelle Sandiford (Fairburn, Georgia), who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Powell and Annie Powell; and her husband Leo Robert Sandiford. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Bates (Tom) and Steve Sandiford (Muriel); her grandchildren, Melanie Bates Cole (Rob), Jessica Bates Mesnick (David), Patrick Sandiford (Laura) and Jill Sandiford; her great grandchildren, Stella, Simon, Eli, Miles, Lena, Penelope and Tillie; and her sister Joyce Fulford.
