He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams, Jr. and Dorothy Kennedy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Williams (Jackie); his brother Robert Williams (Bobby); and his sister-in-law Melinda Williams.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to either Southside Theatre Guild or Covenant Presbyterian Church.
