He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Boyd and Amelia Catherine Campbell; his former wife Mary Frady Campbell; his children, Boyd Campbell and Angela Thomas; his stepdaughter Janet Forsyth; his grandson Dylan Black; and his brother Sherril Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Campbell; his son Steve Campbell; his daughter-in-law Tammy Campbell; his stepchildren, Jeff Forsyth, JoAnne Scarbrough (Troy) and Jeanie Terry; his grandchildren, Laura Head (Chris), Lynsey Hart (Jason), Jamie Campbell (Tiffani), Molly Shelnutt (Chad), Travis Peek (Sara), Candis Guzman (Andre), Jessica Jones, Brittany Scarbrough and Clayton Terry; his great grandchildren, J. D., Briar, Jillian, Jace, Greta, Millie, Claire, Cassie, Jacob, Colton, Jase and Walker; and his brother Wade Campbell (Shirley).
