Patrick of Fairburn; his daughters, Angela Patrick Glover of Atlanta and Vivian Cooke of Fayetteville; his granddaughter Ariana Cooke; his sisters, Jean Daniels (Edward) of Savannah and Paulette Williams of Fayetteville; his stepchildren, Allegra Frazier (Colonel Joseph) of Chesepeake Bay, VA, Deidre Thomas (William) of Nashville, TN and Neil Mosley (Jhane) of Live Oak, FL; and his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Suitt (Cedric), Christopher Thomas, Jason Mosley, Mariah Frazier, Phillip Thomas (Mia), Joseph Frazier (Karen), Marah Mosley and Marissa Mosley. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
