He is survived by: his wife Sandra Starr Latham; and his children, Robert O'neal Latham (Belinda), Brian Keith Latham (Ali), Barbara Latham Hayes and Julie Latham Shoemaker (Kyle). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and many friends.
