He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hilley and Marguerite Hilley. He is survived by: his wife Ursula Johnson Hilley; his children, Ricky Hilley of Fairburn and Tiffany Hilley of Fairburn; and his brother Edward Hilley (Michelle) of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
