He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewallen, Sr. and Ida Poindexter Lewallen; and his siblings, Joel Lewallen, Henry Lewallen, Sr., Betty Lewallen and Maxine Lewallen.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Lewallen; and his children, Lisa Sanders (Thomas), David Jason McAfee (Michelle), Kristina Lynn Russell (Derrick), Jennifer Dawn Lassbeck McKesson, Kenneth Lewallen, Mark Lewallen and Lee Lewallen. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
