With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Penn of Fairburn, Georgia, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 25, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mizell and Nettie Williams; and her siblings, Genetta Fletcher and Lucious Wimbrick Mizell. She is survived by: her husband Charlie B. Penn; and her children, Donna Penn and Charles B. Penn Jr. (Ralonda). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
Due to the current pandemic, attendance will be limited to selected family and friends.
