She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Sr. Mangham and Odessa Morris Mangham; her husband Clifford Landon Williams; and her brothers, Earnest Mangham Jr., Homer Mangham, Edward Mangham and Robert Mangham.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracey R. Williams; her sister Lillian Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Jean Mangham and Eddie Graham; her grandchildren, Mia Williams, Justin Ogato and Aaliyah Ogato; and her great grandchildren, Jalen Allen, Jeremiah Williams and Ameire Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
