He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elsie Armour Parks. He is survived by: his children, Barbara P. Navarro of Dahlonega and Ken Parks, Jr. of Pocatelo; his granddaughter Melanie A. Austin (Mark); and his great grandchild Jacob Austin.
