She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Carpenter and Margaret Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Charles Daniel Hayes Senior; her son Charles Daniel Hayes Jr. (Janay Jefferson); her grandchildren, Kemonee Hayes, Jason Thomas Hayes Jr., Karter Singleterry and Leslie Baker; and her child K'Monee Hayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, friends.
