He was predeceased by: his stepfather Gordon West. He is survived by: his wife Christy Payne; his mother Lorena West; his children, Amanda, Jessica, Vance and Hannah Payne; his brother-in-law Jeremy Neill (Angela); his nephew Justin Neill; and his niece McKayla Neill.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Beginning Church (973 Standing Rock Rd, Senoia, GA 30276).
