He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Hughes Cook and Mildred Bryant Cook. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Cook; his daughters, Amy (Greg Matkovich) of Newnan and Alicia Katie of Newnan; his grandchildren, Reese Barker, Mason Matkovich, Willow Matkovich and Amber Bunn; and his great grandchild Wyatt Bunn.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mr. Cook to the First Baptist Church Food Bank, 23 SE Malone Street, Fairburn, GA 30213.
