He is survived by: his siblings, Lowell Adkins (Merrill), Dallas Adkins (Daisy), Beverly Williams (James) and Merrill Jones; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Adkins (Cynthia), Darien Adkins, Andre Adkins, Cassandra Adkins, Jobina Williams Darling (Ernest), Laresa Steed (Tim), Jatobia Flowers, Yannis Curlis (Ed) and Akita Adkins; his close friends, Richard Thrasher (Angela) and Jeff Hughes (Kristy); and his godchildren, Grace, Wren Hughes, Natalie, Riley and Grayson Thrasher.
