She was predeceased by: her parents, Jisaku Kuwahara and Kimi Kuwahara; and her sisters, Teruko, Sonoko and Aiko.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Anthony Campagna; her son James; her daughter-in-law Donna Campagna; her grandson Garrett (Rachel); her great grandchild Ryan Aria; her granddaughter Rachel (Nathan Bernstein); and her sister Sumiko.
