With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Oliver Hayes Jr. (Fairburn, Georgia), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Oliver Hayes and Jessie Peoples Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Anne Anthony Hayes; his children, Tracy Smith (Duane), Randy Bryan (Kathy), Sandy Smith (Rodney), Karen Carapellucci (Joseph) and Sharon Hayes; his sister Janet Hayes; his grandchildren, Brice Connell, Michael Smith (Danielle), Hayden Smith, Tiffany Bryan, Brett Bryan, Christopher Carapellucci (Amber) and Paula Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Connell, Eli Connell, Carter Smith and Colt Smith.
