He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer White and Juanita White; and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Judy Seiber; his children, Spencer Jason White (Danna) and Tiffany Renee Plato (Michael) of Knoxville, TN.; his grandchildren, Michala Plato, Bryson Plato and Raven White; and his siblings, Louetta Ledford, Linda Beal, Kathy Rayl, Garner of Georgia, Donnie of Georgia and Doyle of Georgia.
