She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kenneth and Mary Ruth Jenkins Haggard; her husband Wayne Boyd Ballard; her daughter Kim West; and her siblings, Donald Haggard, Mary Smith, Martha Grimes and Garland Haggard.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice O'Neal (Mike); her sisters, Rebecca Phillips, Julie West and Kathy Pickens; her son-in-law Phillip West; and her sister-in-law Katherine Gilley. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
