He is survived by: his wife Dianne Blakely; his son William E. Blakely II; his grandchildren, Parris Blakely and Londyn Blakely; and his brothers, Ronald E. Blakely (Diane), Bruce E. Blakely (Sheila) and Wayne Blakely. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
