He was predeceased by: his father Robert Crutchfield. He is survived by: his children, Jerod Gay (Meagan) and Jana Stewart (Bret); his grandsons, Colton Stewart and Wade Stewart; his mother Kathryne "Big O" Crutchfield; his siblings, Scott Crutchfield (Johanna) and Sheila Crutchfield Sims; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Sims, D. J. Sims, Nevaeh Sims, Aja Sims, Liam Crutchfield, Kelsey Crutchfield and Sophia Crutchfield; and his uncle Col. Robert Brown (Sandy).
