Churchville (Jackie); his nieces and nephews, Courtney Rubendall (Stephen Rubendall), Phen, Isabelle, Clayton Churchville Cylus (Elizabeth), Charlee Ren, Kyle Churchville (Brittany), Kealy Ann, Tilian John, Sara Larisey (David), Paislee, Michelle Jennings (Austin) and Aiden James; his brother-in-law Derek A. Churchville (Marie); his niece Presley; and his pets, Biscuit and Ladybug.
