He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Jane Young Hendrix; and his sisters, Dixie Bralley, Virginia Slade and Jane Merritt. He is survived by: his daughters, Roxanne Camak (Jody) and Angie Cassedy (Kevin); his grandchildren, Audrey Strickland (Brennen), Arlen Camak (Madison), Graham Camak, Bryce Cassedy, Ella Cassedy and Brooks Cassedy; and his siblings, Bernie Hendrix and Darlene Miller.
