With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Milton Ivy Gresham Jr. of Evans, Georgia, who passed away on January 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Ivy Gresham I (Beth Gresham) and Lucille Adams Gresham; and his daughter-in-law Beth Gresham (Milton Ivy Gresham I). He is survived by: his wife Martha Louise Brown; his grandchildren, Lauren Best (Fengkan), Charles Fletcher Best, Evan Gresham Zachariah Best (Stephen), Jack Hill (Kendall), Kaitlynn Jamie (William), Austin Gresham, Jacob Gresham and Axel Best; his great grandchildren, Everett Gresham, Chloe Zhu, Grant Hill, Caden Zhu, Archer Maxwell, Olivia Ramos, Bennett Hudson, Ansleigh Bell and Alaina Bell; and also, Martha Louise Gresham, Lisa Best (Charles), Sherri Gresham, Terri Hill (John), Mary Frances Senesac (James) and Milton Gresham III.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Platt's Funeral Home - Evans (337 N Belair Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

“Milton and I were friends for 50 years. We first met in August 1974 at Fort Gordon (now Fort Eisenhower) and became fast friends as we both enjoyed hunting and fishing. I visited his family many times over the next ten years or so and kept in touch with him regularly thru the years. No better friend could possibly be had. Rest in peace my friend!”
