She is survived by: her children, Hudson Nelson, Mac Russo, Brooklynne Douglas, Aurora King and Christopher King; her mother Lori Headrick; her stepfather Christopher Simon (Shayna Lively); her father Christopher Douglas (Krystal Douglas); and her siblings, Cierra Simon (Benjamin Peterson) and Joseph Simon.
