With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Axson of Evans, Georgia, born in Buckley, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Florence; her husband Tom; her grandchildren, Lois Michelle and Jason Ashley; her great great grandchild Christian; and her siblings, Vic, Del, Ray, Elmer, Harold, Edna and Esther.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Reynolds and Robert Sprehe; her daughters, Bonnie Annis (David), Carolyn Wheatley (Ricky), Diana Porter (Blair) and Laura Axson; her grandchildren, Melissa Britt (Phillip), Allen Annis (Ashley), Jason Matthew Annis, Corinne Wheatley, Jessica Wheatley (Mandy), Erin Plyler (Robert), Jimmy Ray Jones (Tara), Jason Jones (Allison), Laura Sigwald (Mike), Sarah Xayaveth (Sent), Jacob Jones (Ann) and Brandon Williams (Connie); her great grandchildren, Cody, Rebecca (Evan), Samantha, Caitlin, Bethenie, Damon, Michael, Will, Adam, Jordan, Lukas, Justin, Anna, Lilly, Alexandria, Kate, Asher, Conner, Cooper, Parker, Kayla (Duncan), Olivia, Ethan, Ava, Jackson, Mary May, Sarah Katherine, Melissa Ann, Hayden, Everett, Lane, Allie Jean and Mackenzie; and her great great grandchildren, Otey, Wiley, Shepherd, Adalynn, Gabriel, Russell and Natalie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
