He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Miciotto and Mary Elizabeth Maryman; his former wife Floy Hicks Miciotto; and his son Rusty Neal Miciotto. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Gunter Miciotto; his grandchildren, Michelle Miciotto, Scotty Miciotto and Josh Miciotto; his mother-in-law Eva Jean Gunter; his friend Leonard Moxley; and also, Robert and Debra Wolfe. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Joe lived a very active lifestyle, he enjoyed playing golf and stayed active in the gym all the way up until COVID.
