He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Riggs and Kathryn Riggs. He is survived by: his sisters, Madeline Sapp of Bellville and Paula Bush (L. W.) of Bellville; his granddaughter Lizzie Mikell (Alex) of Metter; his great grandchild Knox Mikell; and his nieces and nephews, Angie Jacobs, Amie Busbee, Craig Sapp, Mike Bush and Steve Bush.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bellville United Methodist Church (101 Smith St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
