He was predeceased by: his father John Wesley Minor; and his stepparents, Fay Bell Minor and Vernal "Doc" Kennen. He is survived by: his mother Doris K. Minor Kennen; his wife Andrea Johnson Brooks Minor; his brother Gary Minor (Debra); his stepsons, Glenn Nash (Janet) and Shaun Brooks (DeAnna); his grandchildren, Danielle, Haylee, Alex, Jackson, Hudson and Harrison; his aunt Kay Stratton (Gary); his uncle Ken Koone (Janey); and his pet Mud Puddles.
