He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alfred and Anita Rita Sears. He is survived by: his wife Julie Elizabeth Fowler Sears; his sons, Wyatt and Nolan; his siblings, Pam Holley (Bobby) and Dean Sears (Shelley); his pets, Scarlett and Annie; and his close friend Scott Stewart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the CSRA Humane Society in honor of John's love for animals.
