He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Park. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Park, Debbie Bilek and Judy Fulford; his grandchildren, Andrew Bilek, Joseph Bilek, Lucas Bilek, Regan Ketchum, Jacob Totaro and Josie Fuford; and his great grandchild Coy Ketchum.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Golden Harvest Food Bank in Augusta, GA.
