It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Alan Weeks of Evans, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phillip Weeks Sr., Charles and Alice Lowe; and his uncle Charles Lowe Jr. (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Alicia Weeks (Partain); his stepchildren, Noah and Emma Partain; his parents, Phillip Weeks Jr. and Alison Smith; his father-in-law Gary; his sister Elizabeth Vickrey (Brandon); his nephew Michael; his niece Emily; and his grandmother Carolyn Weeks. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Platt's Funeral Home - Evans (337 N Belair Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
