We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2024, at the age of 85, Donald G. Jones of Evans, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Jones and Viola Dunlap; and his brothers, Gordon Jones and Kenneth Jones. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Jones; his son David Jones (Christy) of Waxhaw; and his grandchildren, Jack Jones and Ansley Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
