He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Fulmer and Carolyn Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hopper Fulmer; his children, Danny F. Fulmer II (Beth) and Kim F. Vaughn (Campbell); his sister-in-law Brenda Radford; and his grandchildren, Chandler Fulmer, Kaitlyn Henson, Edwin Vaughn, Mary Beth Fulmer and Brooke Fulmer.
