It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Johnston Fletcher of Evans, Georgia, born in Ridgeland, South Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Edward and Loreen Mitchell Johnston; her granddaughter Holley; and her siblings, Lenora Chester, Hazel Breazeale and Leo Johnston, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, DiAnn Bell of Aiken, Sherri Quattlebaum (Glynn) of Simpsonville, Susan O'Bryan of Aiken, Vicki Rumfelt (Michael) of Walterboro and Kristie Ashley (Paul) of North Augusta; her brother Reeves Johnston (Barbara) of Breeze, IL; and her grandchildren, Eric, Todd, Justin, Heather, Jennifer, Matthew, Stephanie, Amanda, Shana, Brianna, Mitchell, Garrett, Reagan and Brenson. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
