She was predeceased by: her husband Candido Diaz Cotto; her siblings, Cheo Flores, Juanito Flores, Tomas Flores, Daniel Flores, Maria Socorro Diaz, Emilia Flores and Felicita Flores; and her parents, Emiliano Flores and Celestina Flores (Nieves).
She is survived by: her children, Candido Diaz, Jr. (Lisa) of Oxford, Maria Diaz-Guadarrama (Luis "Guichy") of Seffner, FL and Norma Diaz-Griffin (Lenton "Ruben") of Evans, GA; her siblings, Jose Ramon of Puerto Rico, Jorge Flores of Puerto Rico, David Flores of Puerto Rico, Ramona Flores of Puerto Rico, Lydia Flores of Puerto Rico and Esther Flores of Puerto Rico; and her grandchildren, Tania Diaz-Dardaine, Zaila Amador, Jorge Amador, Daniel Lorange, Candido Noel Diaz, Luis Gualdarrama, Taina Jackson, Tamica Griffin and Nicholas Diaz. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
