She is survived by: her spouse Gene C. Cavadel; her daughters, Cheryl Cavadel and Kelly Hulett (John); her grandsons, Steven Fitzwilliam (Tabitha), Charles Hulett (Dixie) and Noah Hulett; and her great grandchildren, Kai Jasper Hulett and Lydia Adeline Fitzwilliam.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Hospital.
