Alexiss Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexiss Smith of Evans, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on November 5, 2024 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Clifford Smith III; her grandparents, Robert H. Slaminko, Norris Ann and John Smith, Sr.; her aunt Shannon Smith; and her cousin Tyler.
She is survived by: her mother Sherry Ann Slaminko; her grandmother Gerlinde Slaminko; her children, Zayne and Leoni; her sisters, Rylee and Johnna; her aunts, Bettina Pankey (Scott), Cathy Maddocks (Jared) and Sabrina Smith (John); and her cousins, Carlye, Ashlee, Sage and Zach.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Stevens Creek Church (600 Stevens Creek Rd, Augusta, GA 30907).
