He was predeceased by: his father Fred Moore; his son Owen Wendell Moore Jr.; and his granddaughter Lakeisha Cox. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Mae Moore; his children, Donna Avalos (Jose) and Rodney Moore; his grandsons, Antonio Avalos, Christopher Avalos and Gregory Moore; his great grandchildren, Jaiden Avalos, Jaylon Griffith, Jadrian Griffith, Daieson Moore and Brenden Moore; his sister Patsy Vernon (A. V.); his daughter-in-law Judy Cox; and also Carolyn Moore.
