With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lynn Hawkins of Euharlee, Georgia, who passed away on August 25, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Hawkins and Edith Hawkins; his former wife Vickie Lowe Hawkins; and his siblings, Nancy Hawkins McClure, Boyd Hawkins Jr. and Kenneth Ray Hawkins.
He is survived by: his fiancée Evelyn Joseph of Euharlee, GA; his stepchildren, Denise Hampton, Laura Howard of Chatsworth and Kelly Adams of Dawsonville; his siblings, Carolyn Shoemaker of Chatsworth, Teresa Vineyard of Chatsworth, Willard Hawkins of Chatsworth and Kay Osborne of Chatsworth; and his close friend Joe Dills. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
