He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Spears Powell; his children, Starla Powell, Twila Powell Williamson (Billy) and Marcus Powell (Michelle); his grandsons, Caleb Williamson, Levi Williamson and Zachary Powell; and his children, Billy Williamson, Ray Goodson and Rhonda Abbott.
