It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Roy Millsaps of Eton, Georgia, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Millsaps and Viola Millsaps; and his siblings, J. T., Arvil, Harve, Garland, Willard, Calvin Millsaps, Edith Cochran and Birdie Graves.
He is survived by: his sister Onie Cochran of Greenville, SC; his niece Pam Puryear (Conrad) of Chatsworth; his extended family, Emiliano Velasquez and Dalia Lopez; and also, Carla, Meily, Brian, Eliezer, Iker and Mia Velasquez of Eton.
