He is survived by: his friend Jesus; his wife Michele Bridges Chase of Eton, GA; his children, Trinity "Trent" Chase of Eton, GA, Dusty Cannon of Cleveland, TN, Holdon (Sierra Cantrell), Damian Cantrell of Eton, GA and Ashley Cantrell of LaFayette, GA; his mother Amelia Murray of Cleveland, TN; his mother-in-law Patsy Self of Eton, GA; his siblings, Jason Murray of Ponce Inlet, FL, Kelly Goins of Cleveland, TN, Felicia Vaughn of Ponce Inlet, FL, Angie Sackett of Hixon, TN and Christa Wilson (Chad) of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Kirra Chase, Teariah Chase, Logan Cantrell, Scarlett Cantrell, Renni Cantrell and Emberlie Cantrell; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Shipman and Gayle Pittman. He is also survived by dog, "Biddy"; many friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
