He was predeceased by: his sister Jo Ann; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Lents and Dionne Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Brooks Galloway; his children, Monty Galloway of Ducktown, TN and Milly; his son-in-law Mark Rice of Epworth, GA; his grandchildren, Morgan Owenby (Justin), Mason Galloway (Tristan), Hunter Rice, Noah Rice, Matthan Galloway and Gracie Rice; his great grandchildren, Stetson Owenby and Beau Galloway; his brothers, Mike Galloway (Jennie) of Blue Ridge, GA and Mickey Galloway of McCaysville, GA; and his daughter-in-law Missy Galloway of Epworth, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
