She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sherwood and Janie King Sherwood; her husband James Ira Barnes; her son David Keith Barnes; and her siblings, Arthur, Dorothy, Sam, David, Elizabeth, Ruth, Alene, Johnny and Jamie.
She is survived by: her son Wyndall; her daughter-in-law Patricia Barnes; her daughters, Wanda Tanner and Sandra Linder; her grandchildren, Daniel Barnes, Angel Chancey (Nathan), Jessica Linder, Brian McElmurray and Susan Patterson (Brent); and her great grandchildren, Hailey McElmurray, Easton Chancey, Zack McElmurray, Sydney Chancey, Reed Chancey and Olivia Patterson.
