He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Payne and Laura Rhodes Payne; his grandparents, Kathy Rhodes and John Henry Payne; and his aunts and uncles, Timmy Payne, Angie Green (Jimmy), Carla Payne, Chris Payne, Amanda Sharp (Joe), Michelle Queen (Lance), Michael "Mikey" Rhodes (Amanda) and Marc White (Julie).
