He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Ware and Ann Earley Ware; his wife Carrie Ann Self Ware; and his sisters, Missy Ware and Donna Ware.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha, Blake Carroll, Matthew and Katelynn Ware; his grandchildren, Blakelyn Carroll, Aria Ware and Ava Ware; and his brothers, Stacey (Annette Ware) and Jason (Amanda Ware). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help defray final expenses.
