He is survived by: his sister Margaret Matthews of McCaysville; his daughters, Staci Mabrey and Amanda Phillips (Jason); his grandsons, Harrison Phillips and Brennan (Jacob Berezinski); his nieces and nephews, Shelley, Jimmy Allen, Stephen, Lisa Matthews, Sydni Addison, Joshua and Sarah Addison; his sister-in-law Marni Addison; and his caregiver Mary Kay Carlisle.
