She was predeceased by: her parents, Pleasant Lewis Burgess and Callie Karr Burgess; her husband Kermit C. Corn; and her son Kendall Corn. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Will Hamilton of Hiram, GA; her son Kim; her daughter-in-law Betty Jo Corn of McCaysville, GA; her grandchildren, Raymond Cole, Crystal Chiang, Connie Helton (Chris) and Jeanne Dobrinski (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Grace Ann Corn of Epworth, GA, Tommy Corn of Sylvania, GA and John Corn of Parris, FL.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
