He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Curtis; and his children, Kathy Westmoreland, Bobby "Bo" Curtis and Allen Derrick. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Boling; his son-in-law Greg Boling; his children, Janice Ann Curtis, Lisa Patterson, Tracy Patterson and Billy Derrick; his siblings, James Curtis, Max Curtis and Carolyn Anderson; and his close friend Marie Hughes. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
